Ordering

How do I order?

You can order online, via Instagram DM, or by phone (+44 7375762178). 

How much notice do you need?

We need 7 days' notice for cakes, but please try to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as we do get booked up quite quickly! 

For cakes with extra elements/ toppers (e.g., toy figures, acrylic name charms, wedding couple toppers), will need 14 days' notice, to ensure we have everything ready for your cake! 

What if I left it too late to order/ need a cake urgently?

Step 1: Don't panic. Step 2: Give us a ring or message us on +44 7375762178 and we will try our best to help.

I ordered off the website but the money hasn't been taken, was it free? 

Well, unfortunately not. As much as we'd love to, we've got a business to run! 

We need to approve it on our end to make sure we have availability and all the supplies to make your cake. We will send a confirmation email with your Order Number and a downloadable PDF invoice. It is only after we confirm your order we will take payment. 

Didn’t receive a confirmation? Contact us via email and we'll arrange for it to be re-sent.

Can I amend/cancel my order? 

We'll try our best to accommodate changes; please reach out to us on Instagram or call/ message +44 7375762178

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible.

Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total.

Orders cancelled within 2-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery/collection will not be entitled to a refund.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes! We can deliver to the following West and North London areas: Uxbridge, West Drayton, Hayes, Ickenham, Ruislip, Northolt, Southall, Harrow, Wembley, Ealing, Slough, Greenford. 

However these are subject to additional charge depending on the destination, which is calculated at checkout. 

Can I collect my order? 

Yes! We offer free collections at these designated times, which you can select at checkout. 

Your order confirmation will have a collection time slot. Please have a copy of your order conformation or order number ready when you come to collect. 

Please note: we are not responsible for any damage in transit from customer couriers. 

What if I'm running late to collect/ can't collect that day? 

We know life can get in the way! So please call or message us on +44 7375762178 as soon as possible, and we can try to sort out another time slot or a later collection date. 

All collections are arranged for specific time slots, and we may not be available outside of these times. Letting us know in advance means we can make sure someone is there to hand over your cake safely. Without notice, we can’t guarantee this, which may result in you being unable to collect your order in time for your occasion. Missed collections without prior notification may lead to the order being cancelled and are non-refundable. So keep us in the loop! 

Can someone else collect on my behalf? 

Yes! Just make sure they have the order confirmation details.

Where can I see your allergen information?

A full list of ingredients can be found on our 'Cake Flavours' Page. 

Please note: we work in a small kitchen, so although great care is taken when preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that they are completely free from any allergens! 

Do you offer gluten free options?

We can alter the following flavours to be gluten free: Vanilla, Queen Vic, Lemon Fest, White Berry, Confetti Funfetti, and Pure Gold. However, due to our small kitchen size we cannot guarantee that they are completely free of gluten. Therefore, may not be suitable for those with allergies.

Do you offer vegan options?

We can alter the following flavours to be vegan/ plant based: Vanilla, Chocolate, Queen Vic, Lemon fest, and Confetti Funfetti. However due to our small kitchen size we cannot guarantee that they are completely free of milk or eggs. Therefore, may not be suitable for those with allergies. 

How do I store my cake? 

Before the event: please store cakes in the fridge and take out at least 30 mins before serving. 

After the event: any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and put in the fridge for up to 3 days after collection date. 

I don't know what size cake to get? 

If you know how many people your cake needs to feed, we recommend the following:

Standard Single Tier

6-inch cake | feeds approx. 10-12 people
8-inch cake | feeds approx. 20-22 people
10-inch cake | feeds approx. 30-32 people
12-inch cake | feeds approx. 40-42 people

Tall Single Tier

6-inch cake | feeds approx. 12-15 people
8-inch cake | feeds approx. 25-30 people
10-inch cake | feeds approx. 35-40 people
12-inch cake | feeds approx. 45-50 people

Two Tiered

6+8-inch cake | feeds approx. 30-35 people
8+10-inch cake | feeds approx. 50-55 people
10+12-inch cake | feeds approx. 70-75 people
12-inch cake | feeds approx. 40-42 people


Three Tiered

4+6+8-inch cake | feeds approx. 35-40 people
6+8+10-inch cake | feeds approx. 55-60 people
8+10+12-inch cake | feeds approx. 85-90 people

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! You can purchase a tasting box here, where you can select from three to all fifteen cake flavours! 

Oh no! My cake got damaged during transportation/ at the event! Can you fix it? 

Once your cake has been collected, its care and safe transport are the responsibility of the customer. However, we understand that accidents can happen!

If your cake is damaged during transport or at the event, please call/ message us as soon as possible and we will do our best to advise or help where we can. Depending on the extent of the damage and the time available, we may be able to offer guidance or minor fixes. However, this cannot always be guaranteed. While we’ll always try our best to help in a pinch, we cannot promise repairs or replacements once the cake has left our care.
