Refund Policy

Changing or Cancelling an Order:

If you need to make changes to your order, such as modifying the date or details, or if you need to cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that we may have turned away other customers to fulfill your booking or may have already started working on certain elements of the order. Therefore, refunds or changes may not always be possible.

For orders canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery or collection date, we can provide a full refund or issue a credit note for the total order amount.

Unfortunately, orders canceled within 7 days of the delivery or collection date are not eligible for a refund. However, please reach out to us, and we will assess the situation to see if there's anything we can do to assist you.

Returns or Refunds:

We're human too, so if your cake is incorrect in design or missing elements, we will review the situation carefully and assess an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund where applicable.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the condition or quality of your cake upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours so we have the opportunity to look into this for you. You can email us at order@cakeasion.com or call us (+44 7375762178) to discuss the issue.

Please include your order details and, where possible, clear photos so we can fairly assess the concern. Refunds or resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
