Our Kitchen is located at:

Pickup Times:

Your order confirmation will have a collection time slot. Please have a copy of your order conformation or order number ready when you come to collect.

Pick up hours are between Mon-Fri: 11am-8pm, Sat-Sun: 11am-5pm

All collections are arranged for specific time slots, and we may not be available outside of these times. Letting us know in advance means we can make sure someone is there to hand over your cake safely. Without notice, we can’t guarantee this, which may result in you being unable to collect your order in time for your occasion. Missed collections without prior notification may lead to the order being cancelled and are non-refundable. So keep us in the loop!

Please note: we are not responsible for any damage in transit from customer couriers. 

Delivery

All deliveries will take place during an allocated delivery slot, which can be selected at checkout. 

Our delivery locations includes all of:

Uxbridge, West Drayton, Hayes, Ickenham, Ruislip, Northolt, Southall, Harrow, Wembley, Ealing, Slough, Greenford. 

Please note: these are subject to additional charge depending on the destination, which is calculated at checkout.
