California Chocolate Playground Lollipop Cake

A firm butter cake sponge with award winning icing in between the cake layers, wrapping the outside of the cake. Cake is adorned with drip icing, cupcakes, lollipops and candies. Please remove lollipops before cutting the cake as some are made with wooden lollipop sticks.
